Individual & Couples

$140

Insurance

I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill or accept HSA cards as payment.

Superbills

An itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer. If your plan has out-of-network mental health benefits, part of your cost may be reimbursed directly to you.

Reduced-fee spots

A limited number of reduced-fee sessions are available. If cost is what is holding you back, tell me in your first email and we will talk about it.

Why Pay Out of Pocket

Working outside of insurance means no diagnosis is required for your care, no third party decides how many sessions you get, and your record stays between us.

Common Questions About Cost

The money part, answered plainly

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill or accept HSA cards as payment.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is an itemized receipt for our sessions that you can submit to your insurance company. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, they may reimburse you for part of the cost. Reimbursement is between you and your insurer, so it is worth calling the number on the back of your card to ask what your out-of-network benefits are before we begin.

Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?

Yes. HSA cards are accepted for sessions.

What if $140 is out of reach right now?

I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who need them. If cost is the one thing standing between you and starting, say so in your first email and we will talk about it. There is no awkward process and no paperwork to prove anything.

You also have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost, in writing, before we begin. If you would like one, just ask and I will send it over.

Still have a question about cost?

Ask me directly. I would rather answer it in one email than have money quietly be the reason you never start.
